- Garama 30 z’igitunguru
- Intete imwe ya Tungurusumu
- Garama 50 z’igitunguru cya Puwaro
- Butter (beurre) 35 gr
- Garama 30 za Fresh Cream (crème fraîche)
- Frech cream na Butter ntibifite izina ryihariye mu Kinyarwanda
Uko itegurwa
- Ufata ibyo byose byavuzwe haruguru ukabitunganya , ukoza ibyozwa, ugapima ibipimwa, ugakata ibikatwa byose nk’ibitunguru.
- Iyo umaze kubikata ushyira isafuriya ku mashyiga, igashyuha ariko mu rugero, ntitukura kuko iyo uyitukuje ushyiramo butter igahita ishirira.
- Umaze gushyiramo ibitunguru(Tunguru sumu, na puwaro) ugakaranga kugeza ugihe bihwanye bikanahindura ibara ari nako bisa n’ibibyara amazi.
- Nyuma wongeramo inyanya wakatakase uko ubonye, maze ugakomeza gukaranga kugeza igihe inyanya zishya kandi bitangiye no gutogota.
