Ibisobanuro ku bikoresho :
Ugomba kuba ufite shokola nziza : Hitamo shokola yanditseho ko ari “pur” cyangwa se “noir”, hari n’iziba zanditseho “noir de noir”. Iyo shokola igomba kandi kuba irimo cacao irengeje 46% kugera kuri 75%. Biba byanditseho ku gifuniko.
