Time to time, when we are cooking, we can be slightly distracted by something for few minutes and the food will burn or we add up to much salt and many of us will choose to restart the dish. We hasve read and selected the best advice on how to handle your mistakes in the kitchen from the cocking titled “DUTEKE IBIRYOSHYE” (Let’s cook tasty food) such as:
Bread and Cakes
-  To avoid a cake to be stock in the cast, it is advisable to wait 30 minutes after taking it out the over.
-  If you have baked a cake or bread and have taken it out the over before complete cooking, deep in cold milk and put back the over pre heated on medium temperature right after and check on it time to time
-  If you have burned you cake, cut off the burned part with a very sharp knife and cover with fine sugar.
Milk
-  To avoid milk boiling over the casserole, it is advice to cover the edge with oil or butter.
-  if milk is burned: put it in another casserole, pass it through a sieve or in a white clean tissue and squeezed.
Mayonnaise
-  In an extra bal, put up vinegar and slowly add up while hardly mixing with the previous mayo mix.
-  If you mayo mix is not well mix, put it in clean bottle and shake until it does.
Egg
-  If one of you eggs is slightly broken, pass on a piece of lemon juice before cooking in hot water.
-  To avoid you omelets to stick on your pan, pre- heat the pan with salt on it for 5 minutes, clean up the salt and add oil before cooking.
-  For a nice white egg well elevated cream, and to the white egg some lemon juice and sugar or salt.

Potatoes
-  If you potatoes are cooked and have a bad color add some vinegar and a bite of sugar

Rice
-  To keep your rice white and avoid it to stick, wash it up three time before cooking and add in the preparation water some lemon juice drops.
-  To take out the burning smell from a rice dish, place a charcoal for 10 minutes

Salt
-  When you have to much salt in your food: add water or more food

Vinegar
-  If you have to much vinegar in your dish add water according to the following measurement: one vinegar spoon equal three water spoon
-  Orange peel can be kept for use in baking cakes or breads.
