Ibikoresho ku bantu 4
-  Inkoko 600 g itarimo amagufa
-  Amavuta ibiyiko binini 5
-  Akayiko k’ikirungo cya origan
-  Utubabi twa teyi 2
-  Vinaigre balsamique ibiyiko binini 3
-  Ubuki ikiyiko 1 cuillère à soupe de miel
-  Agasenda gacye
-  Imiteja 450 g
-  Karoti 2 zikasemo uduce duto tureture
-  Inyanya ziribwa ari mbisi ( tomate cerise)3
-  Akunyu
Uko bitegurwa :
1. Mu gisorori, vanga ibiyiko 4 by’amavuta ya elayo, origan, agasenda, igice cya vinaigre balsamique, ubuki, agasenda n’ibibabi bya teyi. Bishyire ku ruhande.
