Imimaro itangaje igitunguru gitukura gifitiye umubiri

Igitunguru gitukura abenshi baziko gikoresha gusa mu guhumuza ibiryo, amafiti, umutako kuri salade n’ibindi ariko buriya kinafitiye umubiri imimaro myinshi intandukanye. Meenya iyo mimaro nuko wagikoresha.

Koza neza ibitunguru 3, kubikatakatamo ibice 4 buri gitunguru, kubishyira mu isafuriya ukongeramo litiro 1 y’amazi. Gucana iminota 10, kubisya ukoresheje icyuma cyabigenewe (passoir) cyangwa ukabisekura. Kunywa uko ugiye ubishaka, ukabimara mu gihe cy’amasaha 24, wongeyemo indimu nkeya.

Nyuma yo kurangiza kugikoresha muri gahunda yo gukura uburozi n’imyanda mu mubiri, ni ngombwa kongera kondora umubiri wifashishije gahunda y’imikoreshereze y’igi n’indimu
