Ibyiza umubiri wungukira mu kurya imiteja

Imiteja ni imboga usanga zititabwaho cyane mu yandi moko y’imboga nyamara nayo ifitiye ibyiza byinshi umubiri w’umuntu uyirya. Dore imimaro 4 imboga miteja ifitiye umubiri wa muntu.
