Ibiribwa byagufasha kugira isuku y’amenyo

Hari abantu usanga bafite amenyo atari umweru,kandi ubusanzwe aba agomba kuba umweru,niyo mpamvu tugiye kureba bimwe mu byo warya byagufasha kugira amenyo acyeye no mu kanwa hafite isuku ihagije.

Ibiryo bikungahaye kuri vitamini C, vitamini D, calcium, n’izindi ntungamubiri ni ingenzi mu isuku y’amenyo no kugira inseko icyeye.

Dore ibiribwa bitandukanye wakwifashisha;

• Fromage (cheese) n’amata (inshushyu gusa):Amata na fromage bifasha mu kurinda ishinya no gukuraho bya bintu bifata ku menyo. Intungamubiri (poroteyine), calcium na phosphore biba mu mata na fromage bigabanya aside ishobora kuba nyinshi mu kanwa ituma ishinya yangirika, bifasha mu ikorwa ry’amacandwe, nayo agabanya aside nyinshi mu kanwa, bikomeza ishinya n’amenyo.
• Yoghurt (yawurute): Ibamo intungamubiri nkizo dusanga mu mata, yawurute ibamo kandi bagiteri, probiotics zifitiye akamaro mu kanwa kuko zirukana bagiteri mbi zishobora kuhangiza.
• Karoti: Zikungahaye kuri fibre, zifasha mu ikorwa ry’amacandwe birinda ishinya kwangirika no kunuka mu kanwa
• Pome :Uru rubuto ni ingenzi cyane ku buzima bwiza bw’amenyo, pome zikungahaye ku mazi na fibre. Kurya pome byongera amacandwe mu kanwa, yitabazwa mu kwirukana bagiteri n’impumuro mbi mu kanwa. Igihe umaze kurya ukaba utabona uko woza amenyo ushobora kurya pome yakugabanyiriza ibibazo, cyangwa igihe wumva udahumura neza mu kanwa
• Imbuto zirimo aside: (amaronji, indimu). Nubwo zirimo aside, zifasha mu ikorwa ry’amacandwe ikindi ubushakashatsi bwerekanye ni uko zirinda ishinya cyane
• Amafi: Akungahaye cyane kuri omega-3 fatty acids, izi ntungamubiri zirinda ku rwego rwo hejuru kubyimbirwa ndetse na infection. Ibi byose bifasha ishinya kutangirika mu gihe urya amafi kenshi
• Amazi:Birazwi amazi ni isoko y’ubuzima, ku isuku yo mu kanwa muri rusange amazi arakenerwa cyane. Amazi yoza mu kanwa, akavanamo mikorobe ziba zasigaye ku menyo zishobora kwangiza ishinya.
