Uko bikorwa
1. Ronga cougettes uzibikate uhagaritse bivemo ibisate bibiri, bivuze ko muri buri courgette ukuramo ibisate 2 bihagaritse
2. Koresha ikiyiko ukuremo iby’imbere muri buri gisate ku buryo hasigara igishishwa gifite cm 1. Gusa na none ubikora witonze ku buryo igishishwa utagica kuko uba uri buze kugikoresha mu kugabura isosi.

  2. • Ikirungo cy’ifu n’imbuto za amandes
  3. • Ifu y’ikirungo cya paprika n’ikiyiko cya sorwatom ukongeramo ½ cy’amazi
  4. • Poivron nto ikasemo udusate duto
  5. • Ifu ya canelle ( ikirungo gikorwa mu bishishwa by’ibyo bita canellier bikunze kuboneka muri Sri Lanka ) n’inzabibu zumye ( raisins secs)
  6. • Imbuto za coriandre( ni ikirungo kijya gusa na cereli) n’ibibabi byazo
