200 gr igihaza gihase kitarimo inzuzi kandi gikatakase uduce twa mpandenye (cube)

30 gr Igitunguru gikatakase

40 gr Butter cg Amavuta y’ibihwagari

30ml ubuki bwa kinyarwanda

300ml Amata y’inshyushyu

300ml umufa w’ibishishwa bya karoti , ibitunguru, puwaro, na seleri

umunyu n’agasenda kugirango biryohe.

Uko bikorwa

Shyira isafuriya ifite indiba ikomeye kumuriro icamuke biringaniye,

Shyiramo ibitunguru bise n’ibikubiswe n’amavuta ariko bidahiye kuburyo bihindura ibara.

Ongeramo igihaza wakase ukomeze ugaragure kugeza amavuta atakiboneka kundiba y’isafuriya,

Noneho usukemo umufa w’imboga, amata, ubuki , maze ureke bibire

Nibibira uhite ugabanya umuriro ureke umuriro muke utuma bisebura ariko bitabira.
